So far, we have been working at Joe's microgreens in Austin, Texas by providing their imperfect produce to many impoverished families. We hope that by doing this, we are making a change and helping the lives of people.
As seen by the statistic, 40% of all food produced in the U.S. is wasted, a lot more than should be. We hope to decrease these numbers, even by a little, and also promote other people to find an interest in stopping all of this wastage.
